Who are we?
We are a team of experienced home remodeling sales professionals, project managers, and designers. We work directly with other businesses, contractors, and tradesmen, as well as with the general public. Our focus is excellent customer service and satisfaction. Our unique business model provides product education, product selection and product sales (as well as project design and fulfillment, should that service be needed) for every facet of any project, large or small, both residential and commercial. If you can think of a product or project question, our answer will always be, “Yes, sir! We can get that. Yes, ma’am! We can do that.”
What do we offer?
We have unblemished integrity, reliability, ethics, and professionalism. We are eye-to-eye people who listen well and always go the extra mile to ensure you’re taken care of. On top of all of that, we are members in good standing with the Garner-area, Greater Cleveland Chamber of Commerce, with the Johnston County Building Industry Association, and with the National Association of Home Builders.
What are we?
We are a big-box store in a smaller wrapper. We combine extreme knowledge with a broader selection than any big-box store. While they certainly have a large selection of stock items, trying to get professional support can be nearly impossible. Let’s face it, good service is hard to find and most specialty stores are over-priced. The good news is at Total Home Center, we combine the absolute highest levels of service with a seemingly infinite selection of materials, all with one call, one stop, and one representative.
What makes THC highly unique in the project-sales marketplace?
We combine extreme knowledge, and a broader selection than any big-box store. While they certainly have a large selection of stock items, try to get professional support and the chaos can, at times, be overwhelming, and good service can sometimes be challenging to find. Special orders? Sure. However, sometimes those processes can be excruciating, too. Go to a specialty store and find strong service but often times higher prices. What if you could combine the absolute highest levels of patient service with a seemingly infinite selection of materials, all with one call, one stop, one representative? What do we sell?
At Total Home Center, we sell just about every product for both residential and commercial jobs including roofing, steel buildings, siding, windows, doors, flooring, paint, cabinets, counter-tops, carpet, plumbing products, lumber, fencing, fasteners, concrete, asphalt, brick, block, stone, masonry, sheet rock, and all pertinent accessories. We can also obtain virtually any plant stock, in any quantity, including trees, shrubs, sod, and more landscape products.
Need roofing? We are a GAF Premier Dealer. We can also match virtually every type of roofing out there, to include metal. How about engineered steel buildings? Of course we have those, too. Siding? We can access so many lines and styles we can’t even count, to include vinyl, cementitious, composite, cedar, horizontal, vertical, pvc, and more. Engineered wood? We do all trusses, LVLs, and floor-truss systems and are hugely competitive. Windows, doors, hardwood doors? We are an authorized retailer with Atrium but also sell a wide variety of other lines of doors and windows. Paint selection! Absolutely. We are an off-site Sherwin Williams color-selection center for quiet, carefree color selection and customer service.
Cabinets and counter tops? THC has a full line of both, with access to over 200 patterns of counter tops, both natural and manufactured, to include granite, quartz, laminated, and more. Flooring? Absolutely! We have extensive lines in Shaw, Mohawk, Mannington, Armstrong, Bruce, Somerset, Impressions, Daltile, Dreamweaver, and many others, covering a vast array of carpeting, solid and engineered wood floors, sheet vinyl, LVP, LVT, carpet tiles, VCT, and much more. All of this for both residential and commercial! What about fencing, railing, and decking? Of course, we have numerous options in all of that, too. Lighting/Fans and plumbing fixtures?
We do those, too, as well as all rough-in materials. If you can conceive it in your mind, we’re confident we can provide it at highly competitive pricing. Oh — and we deliver!
